In or Out is a multimedia project that explores the struggles of homeless in the midst of housing crisis of Washington, D.C.  The project follows the daily lives of two homeless men, Berry Morrow, 47, and Willy Walker, 60, living on the streets of the District and take the viewer through their experiences as they negotiate the challenges of living without a secure and safe home. One hopes to move into permanent housing while the other, a registered sex offender, has given up on public housing.
